**Returns and Exchanges:**

1. **Exchange Policy**: At Buslane, we understand the importance of finding the perfect piece. We offer an exchange policy where you can exchange an item for the same item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The exchanged item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.

2. **Damaged Items and Limited Edition Products**: In the unfortunate event that the item you received is damaged, please notify us immediately. For limited edition items and exclusive artwork, we only offer returns or refunds if the product(s) are damaged during transit. We kindly ask you to provide substantial proof that the product was indeed damaged upon arrival. If the damaged item is out of stock, we will provide you with the option to choose an alternative item of equal value. If this option is not suitable, a refund will be initiated following a thorough inspection of the item(s).

3. **Refunds and Inspection**: Refunds will only be processed after we receive and meticulously inspect the returned product(s) to ensure that they are in their original condition. Once the inspection is complete and the refund criteria are met, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. **Non-Limited Edition Products**: For all non-limited edition items that are not in limited stock, we offer a comprehensive return, refund, and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with the return.
